Accessing Settings

To access the configuration menu, navigate to the left-hand side menu and click on Settings. From here, you can manage your personal profile, configure workspaces, and set up API integrations.

Workspace Management

Pro Plan Feature: The ability to create and manage multiple workspaces is exclusive to the Pro version of PromptMetrics.

Creating and Managing Workspaces

To create a new workspace, click the create button on the top bar.
  • Isolation: Each workspace functions as an isolated environment for prompts.
  • Team Members: You can assign different members to specific workspaces.
  • A single team member can belong to multiple workspaces simultaneously.
  • Once invited, you can view a list of all active team members in the workspace.

Creating a New Workspace

To start a new workspace, navigate to the Dashboard.
  1. Locate the Top Menu and click on the current workspace name.
  2. Select Create New Workspace from the dropdown menu.

Step 1: Workspace Details

In the creation wizard, you will first need to define the identity of the workspace by entering the following:
  • Name: The display name for the workspace.
  • Description: A brief summary of the workspace’s purpose.
  • Workspace URL: A unique identifier for the workspace link.
Click Next to proceed.

Step 2: Team Invitations & Roles

Once the details are set, you can invite team members immediately. You must assign one of the following roles to each invited user:
  • Member: Standard access to the workspace.
  • Viewer: Read-only access.
  • Compliance Officer: Specialized role for oversight.
Click Create Workspace to finalize the setup.

Managing Workspace Settings

Once a workspace is created, you can monitor its status and membership via the Settings menu. Navigate to Settings > Workspace Tab. Workspace Settings Tab In this view, you can track the membership health of the specific workspace you are currently viewing:
  • Total Members: The total count of users associated with this workspace.
  • Status: View how many members are Active versus those with Pending Invites.
  • Permissions: Review and manage the specific roles and permissions assigned to current members.
